Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your order from Birch & Spine. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@birchandspine.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your items as soon as possible and contact us at customerservice@birchandspine.com if items arrive damaged. Minor scuffs and edge wear do not qualify for a refund as this can happen due to the nature of handling in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that are damaged through no fault of our own, or items returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
