What formats do you sell?

We sell physical books including paperbacks and hardcovers. We love special editions and love to offer character art and bookmarks along side our books. Keep an eye on our store for new additions to our collection.

Do you have a physical store?

Not currently but we are doing pop up events around the Midlands, UK and hope to open a physical store in the future. Please look out on the Pop-up Shop Page for news on any events. 

Do you ship outside the UK?

No unfortunately at this time we are not offering shipping outside of the UK. We hope to offer this in the near future. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Can I return a book?

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.

My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at customerservice@birchandspine.com and we'll look into it for you.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but we're always looking at ways to improve. Watch this space!
